What does this mean for you? Well, say you have a CMS (content management system) for your website and you want to build your email newsletters using the same system. Through web services, you can! You can also manage your email list and view reports.
Let’s say you want your email mailing list to synchronise with your CRM (customer relationship management) system. Through a web service API, our email marketing system will ‘speak’ directly with your CRM system.
